关于延长2020年春节假期的通知

根据国务院办公厅发布关于延长2020年春节假期的通知，为加强新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作，有效减少人员聚集，阻断疫情传播，更好保障人民群众生命和身体健康，艾西姆认证（上海）有限公司管理层决定，就2020年春节后的工作时间和具体安排做如下说明：

According to the General Office of the State Council on the extension of the 2020 Spring Festival holiday, which is aimed to strengthen the prevention and control of the new type of corona virus infection with pneumonia, effectively reduce the concentration of people, block the spread of the disease and better protect the lives and health of the people, The management of ACM (CHINA) LIMITED released the official notice on working arrangements after the 2020 Spring Festival as follows:

一、 正式上班日期

Official Reschedule:

1. 原定春节后上班时间从2月3日（正月初十、周一）暂定推迟至2月10日（正月十七、周一），同时根据各地政府关于春节假期通知和实际情况作相应调整。

The date to return to work after the Spring Festival was originally scheduled for February 03 and has now been postponed to February 10. The date may be updated based on new developments on the impact of the disease and guidance from local government.

2. 鉴于目前疫情发展情况，取消所有原定于2月10日之前的审核安排。

In view of the current epidemic situation, all audits scheduled before February 10 were cancelled. 

3. 上班后各地的审核工作将根据不同地区疫情情况和客户需求另行确定。

After the resumption of work, Local audits will be determined in accordance with the epidemic situation in different regions and client needs.

二、 疫情防护措施

Epidemic Prevention Measures:

1. 艾西姆认证的所有审核员及办公人员将统一佩戴口罩等必要的防护用品，并做好个人消毒措施。

All the ACM auditors and office staff will be equipped with necessary protection appliances, i.e. masks, and ensure the personal disinfection.

2. 对员工春节期间流向和健康情况进行登记和追踪，疫情重点区域的员工将先实行10-14天的自我隔离，确保自身健康情况后再开展工作。

ACM staff will be closely monitored on the health situation and travelling during the Spring Festival holiday, and Employees in key areas of the epidemic will be self-segregated for 10 to 14 days to ensure their health before returning to work.

三、 证书有效性

Validity of Certificates:

如贵组织持有的证书即将到期，我们将提供特殊的方案，从而确保贵组织的证书有效性不受影响。若贵组织有审核报告等相关提交要求，我们会提前联系您重新协商新的审核时间。

If the certificate on your organization is about to expire, we will offer the exclusive solution to ensure the validity of your certificate. If you have requests for auditing reports, we will contact you in advance to renegotiate the date.
